SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deal with professional packaging companies both local and international which pack the art item with extra care and deliver it to you as fast as they can. The estimate shipping fees and delivery times as explained below.

PACKAGING

For Kuwait:  Canvas and Acrylic portraits are covered firmly with plastic and bubble wrap and delivered within specified time.

International:  Packages are shipped from the U.S.A. and placed in a proper shipment packaging box for international delivery by reputed company (e.g. Fedex, UPS, etc.)

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

For Kuwait, the process and delivery time is 3-5 business days.  Extra 3 days will be added for Photo To Art orders. 

For the U.S.A.,  the process time is 3 business days and shipping and delivery is between 3-5 days.  Extra 3 days will be added for Photo To Art orders.

INTERNATIONAL:  Estimate your canvas arrival by adding the processing and transit times below.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. 

 

PACKAGE INSURANCE

Is my package insured?

ArtArtCanvas.com guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with due to wrong art, damage or lost. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support Team.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Shipping to the following countries is not available due to high risk or blocked by carriers shipping out of the U.S.:

 Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Central African Rep, Comoros, Congo, Cuba, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kosrae, Liberia, North Korea, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, Syria, Tinian, Truk, Yemen.
